Privacy Statement
Your personal data is very important to MEBA d.o.o., Stegne 7, 1000 Ljubljana, (hereinafter referred to as "Mozart Restaurant") and is therefore protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and other applicable law.

2. What data do we process?
When you fill in the online form on the website, you provide us with the following information:
- Name and surname,
- email address,
- your message.
We also collect your data by the actual visit to the website (date and time of visit).
3. Why do we process personal data?
By confirming the personal data you have entered, you authorise MEBA d.o.o., Stegne 7, 1000 Ljubljana to process the collected data in its databases on the basis of Article 6 (1f) of the EU General Regulation 2016/679 and to use them for the following purposes:
- statistical processing;
- customer segmentation and purchase behaviour analysis;
- informing customers of any errors, corrections and changes to
- products and services
- for direct marketing campaigns: sending offers, promotional material;

4. How long will we keep the data?
restavracija-mozart.si processes the data until the person's consent is withdrawn. You can send a written revocation to info@restavracija-mozart.si. Regardless of the revocation, restaurant-mozart.si will use the data for the performance of its contractual obligations.
5. What rights does an individual have?
- access, rectification, alteration or addition of personal data concerning him or her;
- a printout or a copy for the purpose of transferring the personal data relating to him/her;
- erase or restrict the processing of personal data.
We use your e-mail address, which you have provided yourself, to send you occasional communications about our new products and services. You may request that restaurant-mozart.si remove your e-mail address from our records at any time. The unsubscribe method is described in each message we send to your email address.
